"FACE"

FACE (Fighting Cyberbullying and Exclusion) is an Erasmus+ funded project addresses the increasing phenomenon of cyberbullying amongst teens and children and the lack of knowledge and tools on how to handle it. It aims at developing guidelines, materials, networks and innovative methodologies combining multidisciplinary artistic approaches. The project is designed to involve the following different target groups: youth workers that will act as multipliers, students, parents, local authorities and other stakeholders.

Handbook for Youth workers:
This e-handbook (Art Strategies Handbook), targeted to youth workers, provides guidelines and strategies to prevent cyberbullying by using the FACE methodologies.
These innovative and artistic methodologies include filmmaking, drama, visual & street arts. The handbook is available here: Art Strategies Handbook

Guidelines for Parents:
The guidelines address methods to raise awareness among children about cyberbullying and to prevent abusive behaviours. Moreover, it offers recommendations on how to handle conversations and deal with young people who have been offended or who have been themselves offenders online. Recommendations for local authorities and stakeholders:
The document seeks to inform and guide more beneficial and successful policies to help aid the fight against cyberbullying and exclusion. In this document you will find an overview of cyberbullying in today’s world and the existing legal framework in place to address it.
