GLAFKA focuses on the knowledge and innovation transfer in the fields of:
Lifelong learning and further education; Labor market and entrepreneurship; Teaching and training methods and technologies.
GLAFKA focuses its interest on subjects as empower initiatives to support disadvantaged people(youth, 50+, NEETs, women after maternity leave and disabled people) on the labor market and bring them new perspectives, strengthen cooperation between schools and companies as potential employees, bridge the gaps between generations, genders and nations as well participate in activities friendly to the environment and sustainable development.
GLAFKA is a "young" institution with "mature" human resources. Our team members have a university education in pedagogy, IT, economic, sociology and philology and long-lasting experience with EU project implementation.
In the last 8 years they have participated in projects and activities referring to:
Support/facilitation/assistance for people disadvantaged on labor market (namely youth, 50+ generation, women, unemployed, minorities and foreigners); Entrepreneurship and career guidance; Languages for different target groups; ECVET; State-of-the-art teaching methods; Citizen competences and literacy (environment, financial literacy, multiculturalism and voluntary); Evaluation, assessment, studies, research, best practices, pilot and testing, dissemination strategy, curricula and methodology development.
GLAFKA also has a contact network covering subjects from different areas such as training centers, schools, SME associations, NGOs, coworking and community centers, labor offices, municipalities, entrepreneurs groups and others.
